By using Chess Avatar (chessavatar.net), you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service description

Chess Avatar is a web application that allows you to:

• Analyze your Lichess or Chess.com profile
• Generate a personalized AI chess engine based on your playing style
• Play against your AI clone directly online
• Export your configuration for Fritz, ChessBase and Arena

3. Premium offer

The Premium offer is a one-time payment granting lifetime access to advanced features (themes, exclusive piece sets, unlimited profiles). No recurring subscription will be charged.

4. User account

Registration is optional for basic features. An account is required for cloud saves and Premium access. You are responsible for the security of your account.

5. Intellectual property

Chess Avatar is an open-source project. The Stockfish engine is licensed under GPL. Lichess and Chess.com APIs are used in accordance with their respective terms of service.

6. Limitation of liability

Chess Avatar is provided "as is". We do not guarantee continuous availability of the service or the accuracy of analyses. In no event shall we be liable for indirect damages related to the use of the service.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
